Co-Chairs Thomas Pastuszak and Dustin Wilson created Reboule Du Rhône to celebrate the wines of the Northern Rhône Valley in France and to raise money for a charity they care deeply about, No Kid Hungry.
Wine Director, The Nomad
Born & bred in New York, Thomas opened The NoMad as its Wine Director after running the wine program at Colicchio & Sons. He helped The Nomad achieve its 3-Star New York Times rating within a few months of its opening and was chosen as one of the Best New Sommeliers of 2012 by Wine & Spirits Magazine. Thomas has also been recognized as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30, and was most recently named one of Food & Wine’s Sommeliers of the Year of 2015. Most recently, Thomas has gotten into the world of winemaking, and has launched two exciting new wine labels: Terrassen and Empire Estate, both with a focus on New York's exciting upstate wine region, the Finger Lakes. He has also served as the wine chair for Night Out for No Kid Hungry for the last two years.
